At WBLI, we work with clients at all stages of growth
and development. Our goal is to be there with the
skills and experience required to assist our clients
in surmounting the inevitable hurdles on the road
to growth and prosperity. We do what’s necessary to
be there when we’re needed with the services required

In the early stages of a new business, we work with
owners and managers to assist in finding capital,
establishing relationships with lenders and other
business contacts important in the start-up phase.
We assist with business planning, structuring management
and owner compensation, partnership agreements and
generally all the counseling and coaching needed in
the areas related to the financial aspects of getting
the business up and running.
As a business matures and diversifies, WBLI is there
with taxation advice and consulting advice on mergers,
joint ventures and partnerships.
When the time is right to sell the business, WBLI
can work with owner managers to establish value, find
buyers and generally work with clients to divest of
the business. As a full service professional team,
