Michael Edwards, a founding partner of Edwards Dean, decided to concentrate his efforts on his financial services business and has ceased practicing public accounting.

Robert Dean, Lynn Loder and Kathleen Day, formerly with Edwards Dean, have joined WBLI.

Robert Dean will be the WBLI partner with the primary responsibility for the clients of Edwards Dean.
