WBLI Culture
WBLI provides students entering the CA program an excellent opportunity to obtain work related experience in a supportive training environment. New students can expect to work as part of an audit team when completing larger assurance files and to work directly with the manager/partner when completing smaller assurance files. CA students will be exposed to a diverse range of large to medium sized owner-managed businesses located in Atlantic Canada. This exposure will be invaluable when preparing for the uniform final exam.
The CA student will also participate in WBLI's in house training program designed to provide assistance in preparing for ASCA courses and the Uniform Final Exam. This program involves writing practice exams that are reviewed by co-workers who provide feedback outlining areas of strengths and where improvements can be made. WBLI engages an external consultant to assist with the in-house UFE Prep Program. This individual has extensive experience instructing UFE writers.
We have a strong track record with respect to passing the UFE. WBLI wants individuals to succeed in becoming chartered accountants and works hard to help you achieve your goal.
